Hot Stone* - Smooth, heated stones that enhance circulation and relax tight muscles.

Trigger Point* - Direct focus on muscle knots in 1-2 targeted areas.

Aromatherapy* - Choose any 3 essential oils from our doTERRA collection to enhance your massage experience.

Reiki/Emotional Release* -  Resolve emotional and mental distress. Reiki is an ancient Japanese modality using the Chakras to align the flow of energy through the body.

Structural Integration - Realignment of body structure with deep, intense pressure. 

Lymphatic Drainage - Feather light strokes following the lymph system to assist the body in processing inflammation and swelling. Ideal for post-surgery and medical procedures. 

*Scrub - Choose an essential oil-infused salt or sugar scrub to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin.
